Lower Body Express – Winter into Spring Edition
The Lower Body Express class is back this February. Join our all-girls group for an empowering and dynamic series of Saturday sessions, running from February 15th to March 15th, with the exception of March 1st.
Additional dates will be added at the end of February for March.

Booking Instructions:
To secure your spot, please add each class date to your cart individually:
- Select the date for your first class and add it to your cart.
- Go back and select the next date you wish to attend, then add it to your cart.
- Repeat the process for all the dates you want to book.
- Once all your dates are in the cart, proceed to checkout to complete your booking.
Once your class booking is complete, you will receive a follow-up email with a questionnaire that must be completed prior to the session.
