The Burn Room
The Burn Room is a 30-minute full-body session designed to challenge every muscle through dynamic, functional movements. Expect to be tested while having fun, building strength, and working up a serious sweat. Each class incorporates everyday movements to help you feel stronger, more capable, and accomplished.
Class Booking Information:
Bookings are released on a weekly basis and must be made weekly to secure your space.
Open to all participants – members and non-members are welcome. Walk-ins are available, but spaces are not guaranteed.
The day and date of each session will be shown above the Burn Room product/selection, so please check carefully before booking. You must ensure you select and purchase the correct class at the time of booking. Once booked, classes cannot be swapped to another session or carried over to the following week.
